After your free consultation, I'll quote you two flat free prices, based on whether you ultimately
decide to fight the case at trial, or have me work out a deal with the DA. You
don't necessarily have to make that decision right away, but you'll know what it will cost
you in either case.
My rates vary according to the complexity of the case, and how many
court dates I estimate it will take to resolve. I am definitely not
the cheapest lawyer you can find, but if it is important to you to know your
lawyer is extremely knowledgeable
about OUI laws, and has a record of success in beating these cases, you'll
want to at least talk to me before hiring
someone with less experience. I'll be happy to quickly walk you through the facts of
your case over the phone, with no obligation. Generally, I can size up the
situation with a quick look at your
police report. I
will do everything in my ability to make this difficult process as painless as
is possible for you. Myself and my attorneys travel all over Greater Boston and Mass, and work in
every court in the state. There is no need for you to come to my office in
Braintree (Boston's South Shore) if it is inconvenient
for you. Some people - especially those with currently suspended licenses -
find it to difficult to make it to my office, so I do consultations over the
phone most of the time. I'll do my best to work with your schedule when that is possible.
I accept cash, checks, credit cards. Depending on the circumstances, I may be
able to agree to a payment plan. But please let me know up front if you plan to
hand me a post dated check when myself or my associates meet you in court. I'm
